Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Monster AI Local (https://dashboard.monsterailocal.com), run by Live Lucky Real Estate, LLC d/b/a Monster Media. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Monster AI Local helps local businesses and agencies manage Google Business Profiles, reviews, posts, social content and visibility in AI search tools.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for anyone you invite to it.

3. Acceptable use

• Only connect Google Business Profiles and social accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• No fake reviews, misleading content, spam, or anything illegal or that breaks Google's or other platforms' rules.
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Billing

• Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe.
• Business plans: Found $79, Growth $179 and Done for you $499 per month.
• Agencies pay per location: $29 per location for 5 to 24 locations, $19 per location for 25 or more, with a 5-location minimum. Optional add-ons per location: Get Found $15, $59 or $249, and Social $49.
• Free trial: 14 days, no card needed, one trial per Google Business Profile.
• Cancel anytime in Settings, then Billing, then Manage billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Plan changes are prorated.
• A failed payment can pause features until it's paid.
• Prices may change with notice.

5. Third-party platforms

The service relies on Google, Meta and other platforms. They can change or limit features at any time, and we're not responsible for their decisions, for example a suspended profile or a rejected post.

6. No guaranteed results

We work to improve your visibility, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, reviews, leads or mentions in AI answers.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
